- Answering incoming calls
- Handling customer payments
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Schedule appointments, complete daily tasks, identify customer needs, and educate customers

Requirements
- Able to obtain P&C Michigan Licenses within 30 days of being hired
- Able to obtain Life & Health Michigan Licenses within 60 days of being hired**Reimbursement available when obtaining licenses within the above timelines
- Personable and attentive
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
