"So many good things to say about Marlena and Theresa. A few weeks back, Theresa voluntarily found ways to lower my insurance by approx $800/year. I was THRILLED! Needless to say, I wound up in an accident weeks later and I found myself in a no-cell phone, dead-zone. I had no internet to file a claim or request a tow truck.
